Clara Johnson Pincus

I first did figure drawing in David Brumbeck’s studio class at Middlebury, and have continued sporadically in the years since, in DC at the Corcoran Gallery, in a home group in the Bitterroot Valley, MT, in an art center group in Bozeman, and at the New Orleans Academy of Fine Art.  My favorites are the linear quick ones that apparently bypass stopping to think.  I enjoyed doing artwork since I was very young.  I like working with my hands.  I like looking at art and photography, and especially admire artists who have followed their creative impulse despite limitations of materials and circumstance.
